Ferguson represented famed Blendin Coffee Club in the purchase of a commercial site for development of a new state-of-the-art roastery and retail coffee shop on the corner of Merwin and Landcaster, just off the US 59/I-69 access road.
Blendin’s owner Weihong Zhang, winner of the 2024 US Brewers Cup Championship, will develop a stunning, modern roastery for its nationally recognized craft tree-to-cup coffee.
