Ferguson represented Smart Financial Credit Union in the acquisition of a recent-construction Class A office building in the Westchase District of Houston. The property allowed the 80+-year-old organization to expand and upgrade its headquarter office. The property allows room for future growth while benefiting from an income stream from tenants.
