Ferguson represented famed Blendin Coffee Club in lease negotiations for a new location at the iconic 3201 Allen Parkway. Blendin (Houston Press’ Best Coffee of 2019) will bring its nationally recognized craft tree-to-cup coffee to this historic mixed-use project that will be a destination reflecting beauty, creativity and wellness.
